What is it?

A 30 minute session with a professional photographer at his studio to take headshot photos of you at no cost. Following the session, you will review all the images and select up to 3 that you want to have edited and formatted for use in social media profiles, online communication tools, and on resumes/CVs.

Why is it Worthwhile?

Your profile picture is an increasingly important part of how you are perceived by others. Prospective employers, co-workers, customers, people you are trying to network with - many of them will ‘see’ you for the first time via your profile photo, and you need to be thoughtful about making the best impression possible.

Working with a professional photographer to plan, take, and edit a headshot will ensure that you are presenting the best possible image of yourself. Many professionals regularly spend $500 or more for headshots because they understand that how they look in their headshot is an important part of their image just as a great outfit, haircut, and/or makeup is.

Who is Eligible?

Any scholar actively enrolled in OMD is eligible for this. Whether you are just starting your college experience or you are about to graduate, you are encouraged to take advantage of this offering.

Note: program alumni, coaches, and other volunteers are not eligible at this time.

How to Schedule

You can schedule a session below where you will see the available days/times. Just select one that works for you and provide your contact information and you’re all set. If you need to reschedule, you can do that online as well.

After you have scheduled a session, you will receive some details on how to make the most of the shoot — what to wear, hair/makeup tips, what to expect during the shoot, etc. You are welcome to bring someone along with you for the session.

Is there are no sessions available, please check back in a week. Sessions can be scheduled up to 6 weeks in advance, so new times come available at the start of each week.
